FKSA litigation partner Paul J. Fishman will serve as co-chair of the 2006 Federal Criminal Practice Institute, a continuing legal education program sponsored by the Federal Bar Council and the New York County Lawyers' Association (NYCLA). The program was established several years ago to diversify the Criminal Justice Act panels in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York by helping women and minority attorneys qualify for service. It offers experienced state criminal practitioners, as well as younger lawyers, an intense, "crash" course in the fundamentals of federal criminal practice.
