We represent public companies and private firms in negotiated acquisitions and dispositions, exchanges of assets, and competitive auctions. We have represented:
- T-Mobile USA, Inc. (formerly VoiceStream Wireless Corporation) in its acquisition of Omnipoint Communications for $6.2 billion, its acquisition of Aerial Communications for $6.3 billion, and its acquisition by Deutsche Telekom, a transaction valued at $50.7 billion when it was announced.
- AT&T Wireless Services, Inc. in its acquisition of TeleCorp PCS, Inc., a transaction valued at $4.7 billion when it was announced, and in numerous other acquisitions and exchanges of carriers, markets, and licenses, including transactions with United States Cellular, Dobson Communications, Cingular Wireless, and Sprint.
- Western Wireless Corporation in its spin-off of Voice Stream Corporation (now T-Mobile USA, Inc.) as a separate subsidiary and the recent merger of Western Wireless into Alltel, a $6.5 billion transaction.
- Western Wireless International Corporation in the sale of its 19% interest in a Croatian wireless operator, and the sale of its 57.3% interest in an Icelandic wireless operator.

Alltel and its subsidiary, Western Wireless International Corporation, in the sale of Tele.ring, an Austrian cellular telephone company operator, to Deutsche Telekom for a purchase price in excess of $1.5 billion and its sale of Meteor, an Irish cellular telephone operator, for a purchase price of approximately of $500 million.
- Veronis Suhler Stevenson, LLC, a merchant bank and private equity fund, and its affiliate GoldenState Towers, LLC in a series of communications tower acquisitions.
- Interactive Systems Worldwide Inc., a developer of sports wagering software, in the acquisition of its former exclusive U.K. licensee.
- A private equity firm in its acquisition of a cosmetics and skin care business.
- A seafood distributor in the sale of its assets to a foreign conglomerate.
- A publishing company in the sale of its business to a strategic buyer.
- A logistics company in the disposition of its warehouse operations.
