We represent clients in a wide variety of commercial transactions, including shareholder and partnership agreements, licensing agreements, supply agreements, and other general corporate matters. We have represented:

• Telecommunications companies in connection with arrangements for system construction, network sharing, roaming, and cell site leasing and co-location; agreements for submarine cable system maintenance and repair, cable station operations and maintenance, provision of international services, and other commercial agreements; infrastructure equipment purchases, turn-key installations, civil works agreements, and related financing arrangements; and licenses of intellectual property.

• A Japanese multinational corporation and its principal U.S. subsidiary in connection with equipment leases, construction subcontracts, distribution center service arrangements, and a long-term minerals supply agreement.

• A global pharmaceutical company in connection with supply agreements for nutritional supplements and pharmaceutical products.

• A leading building products company in connection with long-term supply agreements for roofing materials and other products.

• A leading broadband communications service provider in connection with national and international "indefeasible right of use" agreements for fiber optic cable and conduits, valued in excess of $1 billion.

• A leading hedge fund in connection with software supply and licensing agreements, consulting contracts with service providers, and engagement letters with professionals.
