Twelve FKSA Partners Selected as New York "Super Lawyers" for 2007

FKSA partners Bruce S. Kaplan, Edward A. Friedman, Gary D. Friedman, Barry A. Adelman, Eric Seiler, Robert D. Kaplan, Robert J. Lack, Gregg S. Lerner, Paul J. Fishman, William P. Weintraub, Scott M. Berman, and Hal Neier have been selected by Law & Politics as 2007 New York "Super Lawyers" for having attained the highest degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Bruce Kaplan, Edward Friedman, Robert Kaplan, and Messrs. Adelman, Seiler, Lack, Fishman, Weintraub, Berman, and Neier also received this honor in 2006.

The Super Lawyer designation, bestowed on no more than five percent of all lawyers practicing in Manhattan for at least five years, comes as a result of surveys sent to more than 59,000 lawyers, and Law & Politics' in-depth research.

Mr. Fishman also was selected as a 2008 New Jersey Super Lawyer. Mr. Lack was selected as a New Jersey Super Lawyer in 2006 and 2007, and Mr. Fishman was granted this distinction in 2005, 2006 and 2007. In addition, Mr. Lack was included in the Super Lawyers Corporate Counsel Edition 2008, which lists Super Lawyers who designate business litigation as their primary area of practice.
