Chad M. Leicht graduated magna cum laude from Yale University in 1999. He received his law degree in 2003 from Stanford Law School, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and Senior Editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review. After law school, he served as law clerk to The Honorable Jose L. Linares of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He previously practiced at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP.

Mr. Leicht has been appointed an Adjunct Associate Professor of Law at Fordham Law School, where he teaches Legal Research and Writing.
