Michael A. Gordon
Michael A. Gordon has experience in a broad range of corporate matters, including private equity investments, mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, employment matters, and commercial contracts. He has represented a private equity fund in connection with multiple investments in China; a privately-owned telecommunications company in connection with its acquisition of controlling interests in networks in New Zealand and the Dominican Republic; an art auction house in connection with multiple equity financings and related restructurings; a special committee of a public company's board of directors in connection with a sale of assets by the company to its parent; and senior executives in connection with various employment arrangements.
Mr. Gordon graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1996. He received his law degree magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2004, where he was a staff member of the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Gordon is a member of the New York City Bar. He previously practiced at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. |
