John N. Orsini graduated magna cum laude in 1998 from Harvard College. He graduated cum laude in 2002 from Harvard Law School, where he served as Senior Editor of the Harvard Civil Rights-Civil Liberties Law Review. After a year at Friedman Kaplan, he clerked for a year for The Honorable Maryanne Trump Barry of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He rejoined the firm in 2004.

Mr. Orsini is a member of the Committee on State Courts of Superior Jurisdiction of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
