Kizzy L. Jarashow graduated in 2004 from New York University with a B.A. in economics. In 2007, Ms. Jarashow received her J.D. cum laude from Fordham University School of Law, where she was Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.

Ms. Jarashow is a member of the New York City Bar. She previously practiced at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP.
