Lizbeth A. Parker received a B.A. in English literature from Barnard College, Columbia University in 1983 and an M.A. in French literature from New York University in 1988. In 1993, she received her J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law.

Ms. Parker previously practiced at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP. She has also served as a researcher and writer for the Law Society of England and Wales. She is also admitted to practice in Colorado. Ms. Parker is fluent in French.
