Andrew S. Pak
Andrew S. Pak graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2003 with a B.S. in cognitive science. He graduated magna cum laude in 2006 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an Executive Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Mr. Pak also was selected as Best Oralist and was a member of the Best Team in the Henry G. Manne Moot Court Competition for Law & Economics and was awarded the Jacob Burns Medal. He is the author of Note, Standard of Review for Article 78 Review of Special Use Denials by Operation of New York General Municipal Law § 239-m: A Two-Step Analysis, 27 Cardozo L. Rev. 1079 (2005).
Mr. Pak previously practiced at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP. He is a member of the New York City Bar.
